The following are timetables for all training sessions:
There is a rotation system in place for attendance. Check with your coach prior to attending.
1 Every 4th Tuesday of the month, A Squad trains at Heeley from 8.00 – 9.30 pm
2 Land training from 7.00 – 8.00 pm; swimming from 8.00 – 9.00pm
3 Every 4th Tuesday of the month, B Squad trains at Ponds Forge from 7.30 – 9.00 pm (50m)
